Entry Requirements
To enter the Game, Participants must:

1. Register for an account on either of the UEFA Platforms; and

2. Make predictions in accordance with the UCL Bracket Rules (the "Bracket Rules", as stated on https://gaming.uefa.com/en/uclbracket/how-to-play.

Participants may complete the Entry Requirements any time up to the Closing Date to enter the Game.

However, eligibility for certain Prizes is subject to earlier deadlines. In particular, where a Prize relates to a specific round of the competition, Participants must have completed the Entry Requirements prior to the commencement of that relevant round in order to be eligible.

Prizes

Raffle Prize (following the start of the Round of 16): 
Participants who have completed the Entry Requirements prior to the commencement of the Round of 16 shall be eligible for inclusion in a random draw for the following Prizes:

Grand Prize:
Two (2) tickets (for the winner and one (1) guest) to the 2026 UEFA Champions League Final in Budapest on 30 May 2026;

One (1) return flight* in economy class for the winner and one (1) guest from the winner's home destination (with such guest flying from the same airport as the winner) to Budapest, Hungary; and

One (1) night's accommodation** for two (2) people (the winner and guest) in a hotel chosen by UEFA in Budapest.

Runner-Up Prize:
One (1) official jersey of the winner's choice from a club participating in the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League.

Third Prize:
Five (5) official UEFA Champions League match balls.

Winners shall be selected at random from eligible Participants.

Perfect Bracket 
Prize Participants who have completed the Entry Requirements prior to the commencement of the Round of 16 and who correctly predict all results in accordance with the Bracket Rules (a "Perfect Bracket") shall be eligible for the following Prize:

Two (2) tickets (for the winner and one (1) guest) to the 2027 UEFA Champions League Final (location to be confirmed);

One (1) return flight* in economy class for the winner and one (1) guest from the winner's home destination (with such guest flying from the same airport as the winner) to the relevant host city; and o

One (1) night's accommodation** for two (2) people (the winner and guest) in a hotel chosen by UEFA.

If more than one Participant achieves a Perfect Bracket, the winner shall be selected by random draw from among those eligible Participants.

If no Participant achieves a Perfect Bracket, The Prizes shall not be awarded.

Round-by-Round Crypto Prizes 
A total of €20,000 in CRO cryptocurrency shall be awarded across the knockout rounds, distributed as two hundred (200) individual prizes of €100 worth of CRO each.

Participants must have completed the Entry Requirements prior to the commencement of the relevant round to be eligible.

For each round, fifty (50) winners shall be selected at random from eligible Participants:

• Round of 16: 50 × €100 worth of CRO
• Quarter-Finals: 50 × €100 worth of CRO
• Semi-Finals: 50 × €100 worth of CRO
• Final: 50 × €100 worth of CRO
(Each a “Crypto Reward”.)

Eligibility and Conditions for the Crypto Reward 
To be eligible for a Crypto Reward:

• Participants must not be residents of jurisdictions where the Crypto.com App is geo-restricted, as identified by Crypto.com.

• The winner must be or become a Crypto.com App user and must complete all identity verification and onboarding procedures required by Crypto.com.

• UEFA and Crypto.com reserve the right to disqualify any winner who fails identity verification and/or anti-money laundering checks. In such case, no alternative prize shall be awarded.

• The winner must provide a valid email address linked to their Crypto.com App account within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner.

• The Crypto Reward shall be credited in CRO tokens to the winner’s Crypto.com App account within thirty (30) days following verification.

The Crypto Reward shall be distributed as CRO tokens. The value of CRO is subject to market fluctuations and may rise or fall following fulfilment. Any subsequent price movement shall not give rise to any obligation on UEFA or Crypto.com to adjust, substitute, compensate, or otherwise modify the Reward. Neither UEFA nor Crypto.com makes any representation or warranty regarding the future value, performance, or liquidity of CRO. Any retail value communicated is indicative only and calculated at the time of fulfilment.

Crypto.com is solely responsible for the fulfilment and distribution of the Crypto Reward.

Eligibility for Ticket, Travel and Accommodation Prizes 
To be eligible for any ticket, travel and accommodation Prize, Participants must:
(a) be eligible to travel and meet any travel, visa, entry and other legal requirements (including being permitted to attend UEFA competition matches); and

(b) be available to travel to the 2026 UEFA Champions League Final in Budapest on 30 May 2026 (where applicable); or

(c) be available to travel to the 2027 UEFA Champions League Final host city (where applicable).

* Depending on the winner's location, UEFA may, in its sole discretion, substitute a return flight for a return train journey departing from a station in reasonable proximity to the winner’s home destination.
** When accepting a ticket, travel and accommodation Prize, the winner must confirm whether one (1) room or two (2) separate rooms are required (one for each of the winner and guest).
*** Depending on transport availability, the winner and guest may be required to travel on alternative dates, in which case additional nights’ accommodation may be provided at UEFA’s sole discretion.

Website Terms and Conditions

1. Organisation of the Game

1.1 These rules (the "Rules") apply to the Game to be undertaken on the UEFA Platforms and to the allocation of the Prizes. The Game is run by UEFA.

1.2 The Game is open from the Start Date to the Closing Date (inclusive) on the UEFA Platforms. UEFA reserves the right to alter or remove the Game at its sole discretion. All Game entries must be received by UEFA by the Closing Date and any entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

2. Conditions of participation

2.1 Entry to and participation in the Game is free and without obligation of purchase.

2.2 The Game is open to residents in the Territory with the exception of UEFA members of staff and members of staff of companies involved in making available the Game.

2.3 Every application to participate in the Game must be made by a natural person (“Participant”, “You”, “Your”).

2.4 Participants must meet the Age Requirements to enter the Game. UEFA may require you to provide proof that you meet the Age Requirements to enter the Game. Access may be obtained and used only by individual, independent persons who meet the Age Requirements (or at least of legal age in their country of residence if such age exceeds eighteen (18)).

2.5 By entering and participating in the Game, You are bound by the Rules and the Website Terms and Conditions and You confirm that You have read and expressly accepted the Rules and the Website Terms and Conditions.

2.6 You are responsible for ensuring that Your participation is made in compliance with all applicable laws of Your country of residence, including with respect to the acceptance of the Prizes. UEFA shall bear no responsibility for entries which are not compliant (for any reason whatsoever) with the relevant applicable laws. In particular, Participants in jurisdictions within the Territory where Crypto.com does not operate shall not be able to claim the Crypto rewards and UEFA reserves the right not to award the Crypto rewards to a Participant in any such jurisdiction.

2.7 In respect of Your participation in the Game and Your access to and use of the Game Platform, You are required to fill in personal details. You agree to (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself (including as part of the access process); and (ii) maintain and promptly update Your personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

2.8 If You provide, or UEFA has reasonable grounds to suspect that You have provided, any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or UEFA otherwise reasonably considers that You have failed to comply with any provisions of these rules, UEFA has the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your access and refuse You access to any and all current or future use of the Game Platform (or any portion thereof).

3. Mechanics of the Game, Prize and selection of the Winner

 Mechanics

3.1 To enter the Game to win The Prizes, You must fulfil the Entry Requirements.

3.2 You may only enter the Game once.

3.3 The number of winners for each Prize shall be as set out in the section titled “Number of Winners”.

For Prizes awarded by random draw, the relevant winner(s) shall be selected by UEFA at random from all eligible entries for that specific Prize.

For Prizes conditional upon the fulfilment of defined performance criteria (including, without limitation, achieving a Perfect Bracket), only Participants meeting those criteria shall be eligible. Where more Participants meet the relevant criteria than there are Prizes available, the winner(s) shall be selected by random draw from among those eligible Participants.

3.4 Winners of round-specific Prizes (including, without limitation, Round of 16, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final and Final Prizes) shall be selected and contacted following the conclusion of the relevant round.

Winners of Prizes awarded at the end of the Game shall be selected and contacted following the Closing Date.

UEFA shall use reasonable efforts to contact winners within thirty (30) days of the relevant selection date.

Prizes 

3.5 The Winner will be contacted on behalf of UEFA by act.3 GmbH via email and asked to provide valid identification documentation, their full name, email address, country of residence in order to receive The Prizes. The Crypto reward Winner must be a Crypto.com App user who has completed identity verification and all other onboarding procedures specified in the Crypto.com App to claim the reward.

3.6 Entry to the Game is via the entrant's MyUEFA account. If selected as a winner, an email notification will be sent to the Winner’s MyUEFA email address. The Winner must then log in to their Crypto.com App account to claim The Prizes, and the CRO cryptocurrency will be awarded to the authorised account holder of that Crypto.com App account. For the purposes of these Terms, the "authorised account holder" is the individual registered to that Crypto.com App account in Crypto.com's internal systems and who is the Winner of The Prizes. The Winner will be notified within thirty (30) days (or within such other period as UEFA may specify) following the relevant selection date (as described in Clause 3.4), by email (to the email address associated with their MyUEFA account) or by such other method as UEFA may determine. The Winner may be required to confirm their email address and/or phone number and to provide any further information or documentation reasonably requested. Subject to the Winner complying with all applicable requirements (including completion of The Prizes fulfilment form provided by Crypto.com), transfer of The Prizes will be made to the Winner's Crypto.com App account within thirty (30) days of UEFA's receipt and verification of the requested information and documentation.

3.7 UEFA shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to Winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Winner fails to respond, cannot be contacted, is ineligible and/or fails to claim The Prizes within forty-eight (48) hours from the time award notification was sent, The Prizes may be forfeited and an alternative Winner selected.

3.8 The designation of the Winner will happen once their eligibility for the relevant Prize has been verified.

3.9 UEFA reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the Winner from participation in the Game and receipt of any of The Prizes if such Winner and/or guest

a) fails to comply with the directions of UEFA or any other companies associated with The Prizes;

b) fails to comply with any applicable third party terms and conditions;

c) act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public;

d) is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others, or act in a way that is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Game; or

e) uses, or if UEFA reasonably suspects the Winner may use, the Prizes for any commercial purpose.

3.10 The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. General 

4.1 The Prizes is as stated in any messaging or promotions advertising the Game. No cash or other alternative will be offered by UEFA or Crypto.com. The Prizes is non-transferable.

4.2 Except for the delivery cost of sending The Prizes to the Winner, any and all other costs and expenses (including travel costs) involved in claiming a Prize are the responsibility of the Winner. Any and all applicable taxes or duties in relation to The Prizes, and any reporting obligations relating to the same, are the responsibility of the Winner.

4.3 UEFA will not accept responsibility for Game entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, delayed in transit or otherwise not received by UEFA, regardless of cause (including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind).

4.4 Insofar as is permitted by law, UEFA and its agents and/or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or any participants or accept any liability for any loss (whether indirect, consequential, financial or otherwise), damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering the Game or accepting The Prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of UEFA and its agents and/or distributors or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.5 UEFA shall be entitled to change or withdraw any of the Prizes at its absolute discretion and for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any Prize and/or restriction due to the Covid-19 pandemic or other force majeure events).

4.6 UEFA shall not be liable to any Winner if The Prizes cannot be delivered and/or supplied (including due to any force majeure event which may include but is not limited to natural disaster, conflict or war, epidemic or pandemic, terrorist attacks, fires, labour strikes, industrial action, or any other event that is beyond UEFA’s control). Further, UEFA will not be responsible for the Winner(s) not taking advantage of The Prizes due to ill health or any other reason.

4.7 UEFA shall have no liability whatsoever for any failure, delay, or inability of Crypto.com to distribute the Reward, or for any loss of CRO arising from the insolvency, security breach, or operational failure of Crypto.com or the Crypto.com App.

4.8 For the avoidance of doubt, the use of any Prize shall be subject to any relevant third-party service providers’ terms and conditions.

5. Privacy

5.1 By entering the Game, UEFA will use the personal data provided on the Game Platform at the time of the creation of your personal MyUEFA account on UEFA.com.

5.2 The personal data requested to enter the Game is necessary to make and handle Your participation and/or to be able to award The Prizes.

5.3 UEFA will disclose certain personal data of the Winner to act.3 GmbH ( Käthe-Dassler-Strasse 2, 91074 Herzogenaurach, Germany), appointed by UEFA for the purpose of organizing The Prizes, acting as data processors in this context, and to Crypto.com (namely, to the applicable service entity identified in the Crypto.com Privacy Notice as set out below in Clause 5.6), for the purpose of fulfilling The Prizes, acting as an independent data controller in this context.

5.4 If You have provided consent at the time of entry of the Game, certain of Your personal data (first name, last name, email address, age, country) will be transferred to and processed by Crypto.com (namely, to the applicable service entity identified in the Crypto.com Privacy Notice as set out below in Clause 5.6) for marketing purposes.

5.5 The personal data gathered is only collected and processed by UEFA for no longer than is necessary for handling Your request/the above requirements, unless otherwise provided by law.

5.6 You understand and acknowledge that Your personal data is being collected, processed and supplied during the course of this Game in accordance with UEFA’s Privacy Notice set out at: https://www.uefa.com/privacypolicy/index.html. The Crypto.com Privacy Notice is set out at: https://crypto.com/privacy/en/marketing will apply for the purpose of marketing (if applicable) and fulfilling the Prizes.

5.7 Without limiting the above, if You win the Game accept The Prizes, You and Your guest (if applicable) agree that You may be filmed or photographed and that images and audio-visual footage of You and Your guest may be used by UEFA and their commercial partners for promotional and commercial purposes.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 

These Rules and the relationship between You and UEFA shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. All disputes in connection with these Rules shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nyon, Switzerland.
